We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused Palermo House items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain bedding and textile items must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original Palermo House box, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
