What is your return policy for home textiles and decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Palermo House ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support global shipping in the near future.
How should I care for my Palermo House linens and fabrics?
To maintain the quality of our premium fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Specific care instructions can be found on the tag of each individual product.
